Accepting These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between you and Tushiya Min Dev Team ("we," "us," or "Company") regarding your use of Arrow Out: Lucky Escape.

These Terms apply the moment you use Arrow Out: Lucky Escape. If you disagree with any provision, you must immediately stop using the application.

Who Can Use Arrow Out: Lucky Escape: You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. By using the app, a minor's parent or guardian confirms they accept these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance.

Product Use Context

These Terms apply to Arrow Out: Lucky Escape in the context of its app presentation. The theme and interface are part of the entertainment experience and do not create external ownership or transferable rights unless a separate official notice says so.

Use the app only for ordinary personal access and do not interfere with security, availability, advertising, measurement, or support systems.

Age Requirements

Eligibility for Arrow Out: Lucky Escape involves age, legal capacity, and other criteria described in this section.

Minimum Age: You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. If you don't meet this requirement, please do not use Arrow Out: Lucky Escape.

Legal Capacity
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are their authorized parent or guardian.

Restrictions Apply: Prior account bans, geographic restrictions, or legal prohibitions in your jurisdiction may prevent your use of Arrow Out: Lucky Escape.

We may request reasonable verification of eligibility. Providing false eligibility information may result in immediate account termination.

Player Accounts

To access certain features of Arrow Out: Lucky Escape, you may create an account or connect via a third-party platform. Here are the rules.

Account Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us at our support team of any breach.

Account Rules:

• One account per person
• No sharing accounts with others
• No selling, trading, or transferring your account
• No impersonating other players or Tushiya Min Dev Team employees

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms, remain inactive for extended periods, or present a security risk.

Platform Integration: Connecting via Google Play Games links your Arrow Out: Lucky Escape progress to your platform account. Transfer between platforms may not be available.

Your Rights to Use the App

Here's what you're actually licensed to do with Arrow Out: Lucky Escape — and what you're not.

You have our permission to download, install, and use Arrow Out: Lucky Escape on your own device(s) for personal, non-commercial entertainment. This permission is limited and can be revoked.

What You Cannot Do:

• Copy, sell, or distribute the app or its content
• Modify or create derivative works
• Reverse engineer or decompile the app's code
• Remove copyright or trademark notices
• Use the app commercially without written permission

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in, facilitate, or encourage any of the following in connection with your use of Arrow Out: Lucky Escape:

A. Technical Violations
Using or developing any unauthorized third-party software, bots, macros, automation scripts, or other tools that interact with the Application in any unauthorized manner; exploiting software errors, bugs, or design flaws for purposes other than their intended use; attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Application's systems.

B. Account and Identity Violations
Impersonating any person or entity, including Tushiya Min Dev Team employees, moderators, or other users; creating or using multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing restrictions; misrepresenting your identity or affiliation for any purpose.

C. Harmful Conduct
Engaging in conduct that harasses, intimidates, threatens, or demeans other users; transmitting unsolicited commercial communications; posting content that is unlawful, obscene, hateful, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights.

D. Interference
Attempting to disrupt or disable the Application's servers, infrastructure, or services; transmitting viruses, worms, or destructive code; engaging in denial-of-service attacks.

Enforcement
The Company reserves sole discretion to investigate suspected violations and to take appropriate action, including issuing warnings, suspending access, permanently terminating accounts, and referring matters to law enforcement authorities where warranted.

Ownership and IP Rights

This section explains who owns Arrow Out: Lucky Escape and its content — and what you may and may not do with it.

Tushiya Min Dev Team owns all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights in Arrow Out: Lucky Escape and its content, globally.

What You May Do
You may:

• Share screenshots and videos of your gameplay on social media for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Stream your gameplay on platforms like YouTube or Twitch (subject to platform terms)
• Discuss and review Arrow Out: Lucky Escape in fan communities

• Sell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Arrow Out: Lucky Escape's content
• Create unauthorized merchandise featuring our characters or art
• Claim ownership of our content
• Remove copyright or trademark notices
• Use our trademarks without written permission

Disclaimer of Warranties

We work hard to make Arrow Out: Lucky Escape great, but we can't make every guarantee. Here's an honest statement of our warranty limitations.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Tushiya Min Dev Team DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

No Availability Guarantee
We cannot guarantee that Arrow Out: Lucky Escape will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or external factors may cause service interruptions.

Third-Party Content: We make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or reliability of third-party services integrated into Arrow Out: Lucky Escape.

Consumer Laws: If you reside in a jurisdiction that mandates certain implied warranties or consumer protections, those rights are not waived by this Agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Understanding our liability limits helps you understand the risks and protections associated with using Arrow Out: Lucky Escape.

No Indirect Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tushiya Min Dev Team is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Arrow Out: Lucky Escape, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

If Tushiya Min Dev Team is found liable for any claim, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100 USD — whichever is greater.

Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that applicable law prohibits limiting.

Protecting Tushiya Min Dev Team

If your actions cause Tushiya Min Dev Team to face legal claims, you agree to help cover the costs. Here's how that works.

You Agree to Indemnify Us
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tushiya Min Dev Team, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use or misuse of Arrow Out: Lucky Escape
• Your user-generated content
• Your violation of third-party rights or applicable law

Notice: We'll give you prompt written notice of any indemnifiable claim and provide reasonable cooperation in your defense.

Dispute and Arbitration

We hope you never have a dispute with us, but if you do, here's our fair and efficient process for resolving it.

Informal Resolution: Please contact our support team before escalating a dispute. Provide a description of your concern and desired outcome. We commit to a good-faith response within 30 days.

Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than court, where permitted by law. Arbitration is faster, less expensive, and more private than litigation.

No Class Actions
You agree to resolve disputes with Tushiya Min Dev Team on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class action or group proceedings.

Service Termination

Either party can end this agreement. Here's how termination works for both you and Tushiya Min Dev Team.

You have the right to stop using Arrow Out: Lucky Escape and close your account at any time without penalty. Email our support team to request account deletion.

Termination for Cause: We may immediately suspend or terminate accounts involved in cheating, fraud, hate speech, or other serious violations, without prior notice when necessary to protect our community.

After Termination:

• Your license to use Arrow Out: Lucky Escape ends immediately
• App-specific access or saved settings in a terminated account may become unavailable
• Sections of these Terms that should survive (like IP rights, indemnification, and dispute resolution) remain in effect

Legal Jurisdiction

Tushiya Min Dev Team operates under a specific legal framework. Here's what that means for you.

The laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Tushiya Min Dev Team is registered govern these Terms, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles.

Courts: Subject to the arbitration agreement, any legal proceedings not resolved through arbitration shall be brought in courts of competent jurisdiction in Tushiya Min Dev Team's governing jurisdiction. Both parties consent to personal jurisdiction.

Consumer Law Exception: Mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply to the extent they cannot be overridden by this Agreement.

When Terms Change

We may update these Terms as Arrow Out: Lucky Escape evolves. Here's our commitment to fair and transparent communication about changes.

We distinguish between material and minor changes. For material updates (new data practices, new fees, IP rights changes), we provide at least 14 days of advance notice via in-app notification.

When Changes Apply
Updated Terms take effect on their effective date. Your continued use of Arrow Out: Lucky Escape after the effective date constitutes your acceptance.

You always have the option to discontinue use if you disagree with revised Terms. Your continued use is acceptance; departure is always an option.

Complete Agreement: This document and our Privacy Policy represent the entire agreement between you and Tushiya Min Dev Team and supersede all prior understandings.

Severability: If a court finds any part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest remains in force. The invalid part will be replaced by a valid provision that achieves the closest legal purpose.

Any failure to enforce these Terms doesn't constitute a waiver. Tushiya Min Dev Team reserves all enforcement rights at all times.

Assignment: You cannot assign your rights or obligations under these Terms. We may assign ours in a merger, acquisition, or restructuring.
